For tenants our loans start from £100 and go to a maximum of £25,000. We offer very competitive rates and usually offer full payment protection on all applications. Many of our loans come with a payment holiday of 3 months. We can help H M Force and self employed. We have plans available on different terms for applicants on benefits and pensions with an upper age of 99 years. Also apllicants with county court judgements, low credit score, defaults and other problems are welcome to apply. We do not require guarantors or charge fees above the phone call cost.

For homeowners we can look at most circumstances including offering secured loans where there is already a secured loan or no equity, self employed and arrears NO PROBLEM. In some cases a fee may be charged depending on applicant circumstances.
